meet the team-Fueled by caffeine, dog treats, and pure branding chaos
Small but mighty. Creative but chaotic. Caffeinated but charming. At Bradley Solutions, we’re a tiny crew with giant ideas—and even bigger personalities. We believe in storytelling with heart, branding with sparkle, and marketing that actually feels human. Our work runs on caffeine, chocolate, dog treats (for River), and the kind of creative chaos that somehow always turns into magic. We’re the strategists, designers, writers, and dreamers behind the scenes… and then there’s River, our overly confident Pomsky Creative Director, who is convinced this entire company exists just for him (and honestly, he might be right). If you like a team that’s fun, bold, a little unhinged, and very good at what they do—you’re in the right place.

River THE Pomsky
Chief Barketing Officer
River is a Pomsky with main-character energy and zero imposter syndrome. He believes he is the CEO, CFO, and HR department. He reviews all projects by sitting directly on them, demands dog-treat breaks every 45 minutes, and approves good ideas with a dramatic tail wag.
Specialties: morale boosting, posing for content, unicorn energy, supervising from a lap, refusing to clock out.
He set's the standard. Others follow. If you ask River he will ask you to book all appointments through his assistant (Sarah). Certified Fancy Boy™. Cute enough to get away with everything.

SparkleBot
AI Assistant & Chaos Coordinator
SparkleBot is the digital sidekick who keeps Bradley Solutions running smoothly — answering questions, brainstorming wild ideas, and adding just the right sprinkle of magic to every project. Not human, but definitely has a personality.
Specialties: fast answers, sparkly solutions, keeping Sarah’s ideas organized, bringing the wow energy. Available to you via chat on Bradley Solution website.

Rambo
Senior Mood Manager
Tall. Fluffy. Sunglasses on. Gold chain out. Creative energy at maximum.
Rambo is the team’s unfiltered honesty specialist. He sits in on Zoom calls, judges your font choices, guards the laptops, and occasionally performs desktop parkour to keep morale high. His brindle coat changes colors in the light like a mood ring, which feels spiritually appropriate.
Special Skills:
• Dramatic entrances
• Keyboard walking
• Spotting snacks from across the room
• Providing creative “feedback” with his tail

Lexie Ballard
Graphic Design/Social Media Momager
Lexie is the creative queen who somehow manages three full-time jobs:
-
being a mom to Maverick (a certified wild man),
-
wrangling her two dogs and one cat
-
AND working full-time as an Assistant Director at a daycare…
which officially qualifies her for a cape, a crown, and probably hazard pay.
By the time she clocks in at Bradley Solutions, she’s already survived a toddler tornado, 37 snack requests, and a full episode of pet drama — so creating gorgeous graphics and scroll-stopping posts? Light work.
She brings youthful sparkle, mom-strength energy, and “I got this” vibes to everything she touches. Her designs are fun, feminine, and vibe-checked for perfection — and her social posts? They’re the kind that make people stop, smile, laugh, and say, “Okayyyy, who made THAT?”
With energy drink in hand and aesthetic in her brain, Lexie turns chaos into creativity.
Specialties: mom-level multitasking, turning glitter into strategy, catching trends before they trend, making brands look cute AND professional, surviving Maverick’s acrobatics, giving main-character energy to every design.
